All vendors must be fully registered at the conference and paid for tables before they are allowed to set up.

Parents with more than 2 children add $70 per child.

Please note that the above charges
cover room, board and meals for the duration of the Conference.
A non-refundable Pre-registration fee of $50.00 per person is required by June 15, 2012. The fee will be applied to your total conference cost.
Please pre-register to ensure you have a place.
There will be a $50.00 key deposit refundable at the end of the conference when key is returned.
